I ordered because I thought there would be a lot more ways to customize it, but the options was limited once I got into it. A few of the sizes and finishes wasn’t very clear either, so I wasn’t totally sure what I was picking. Support did reply, which I appreciated, but in the end I still felt like I had to settle for something that wasn’t really what I wanted

The product itself was fine, but getting answers from them was kind of a hassle. I’d send an email asking something simple, like when my order would ship, or whether they had received my payment, or if there was any tracking update, and then I’d end up waiting way longer than expected. A couple of times I had to follow up again just to get a basic response. It wasn’t a huge disaster, but the back-and-forth made the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be. If their communication had been quicker, the experience would’ve been much better...

I ordered from thechaingang.com, i don’t really get the pricing. For the quality I got, it felt way too high, and then shipping just made it worse. Whoever runs this really needs to rethink the value here, because I expected a lot better for what I paid. It just wasn’t worth it for me

I wanted to like it, but the fit was just strange. It felt too tight in the wrong spots and wasnt comfortable to wear for long

In my experience, the material wore out way faster than I thought it would. I was hoping it would hold up better with normal use, but it started showing wear quickly, which was disappointing.

I ordered from thechaingang.com and the shipping was way slower than I expected. I kept checking for updates, but for days it felt like nothing was happening at all.
I understand delays can happen, but between the wait and having to deal with repeated verification, it got frustrating. By the time the order finally showed up, I was already annoyed enough that I’m not sure I’d order from them again

I wanted to like this ring, and at first I thought maybe it was just the lighting or the angle, but no, the design looked kind of weird in person and much cheaper than it did in the photos.
